14:25 Lost virginity

The Info Booth and and the Lost and Found get asked the weirdest questions sometimes. The usual things missing are keys, wallets, mobile phones and various bits of clothing.

“Things like that find their owner usually quite easily. If somebody hasn't had the chance to collect their belongings during the festival, they will be kept at the festival organizers Popoffice for a week and after that they go Joensuu Police”, Sanni Piirainen, Katja Vatanen and Niina Nousiainen explain. The girls are working at the festival for the first time. 

Some of the more unsual lost articles this year have included a police radio and just the one shoe, which caused a lot of hilarity amongst the Lost and Found staff.

“Sunday night people usually start asking after their lost lifes and virginity. Usually we can answer all questions but those people we can’t unfortunately help,” Tapio Takala, who has been there since "the beginning of time", says.
