12:33 Blak Twang was twisting

The American band Maroons didn't show up in the end but that's ok. Instead we got Blak Twang from England and they were more than adequate.

The audience seemed to enjoy the bands ripping rhyming lyrics and thick beats. Some of the people who knew the songs were dancing like crazy and the atmosphere clearly spread to the rest of the crowd.

Blak Twang has a kind of grass root level support in Finland and I was told about them well before the festival.
The fact that they've got this sort of undergroound fan base already made sure they managed to grab themselves loads more support.

The Second Stage wasn't completely packed but that was fine - there was room to dance.

Fans of rap got their fill and the members of Blak Twang got to enjoy the festival from the audiences point of view as well: they were spotted later at the Zen Cafe gig.
