Sweatmaster, who will give their long-awaited debut performance in Ilosaarirock Festival this summer, released their fourth album Dig up the Knife last year. The album is a perfect continuum to their previous releases. It takes a leap towards more melodic and heavier sounds that remind of the atmospheres of such immense names as Queens of the Stone Age and Danzig. The singer-songwriter Mykkänen leaves it up to the listeners what works and what doesn't. "The most important thing is to make kick-ass rock music with great people."
