Satellite Stories

Satellite Stories

Satelite Stories – consisting of four young guys from Oulu, Finland – make overwhelmingly positive music. Their exquisite hit song Kids Aren't safe in the Metro will without a doubt bring a smile to your face and make you shake your hips. Satellite Stories play their exhilarating power pop following in the footsteps of bands like Vampire Weekend, The Wombats and Two Doors Cinema Club. Nevertheless, they do not forget to add a twist of their own and they do all that with a cunning smile upon their face. Their live gigs are a refreshing breeze amongst all the seriousness as they always are a lot of fun.

The story of Satellite Stories is both unbelievable and typical for bands today. Music blogs all over the world got interested in their first demo and they had substantial deals in their pockets before they had released their debut album. Despite the young age of the band (their debut single came out in 2011) Satellite Stories has toured around Europe and Japan and their songs have been featured in numerous TV-series around the globe. These guys have got the keys to success in their hands!
