Tekramütisch (don't ask what the name means) is a newborn duo by Toppo Koponen and Jukka Hyrkäs, two old foxes from the bands Kumikameli and Eläkeläiset. Their songs are understated folk blues tales of the desolated countryside, crumbling dance halls and empty bus stops, where small everyday failures keep aggregating into wildly roaring rapids. This is laconic Eastern Finnish sense of humour at its most riveting.
