Imagine the best moment of the summer. Sizzling sunshine, featherlike clouds, a bit fuzzy festival inebriation, the best people in the world right beside you and J. Karjalainen playing Hölmö nuori sydän on stage.

J. Karjalainen is an icon and a trailblazer in the Finnish rock music history. His career began in the 1980s and he has experimented with blues, folk and country style music, and in 2006 he even published a banjo-filled album of Finnish American folk music. With his last two albums J. Karjalainen has returned to rock'n'roll and produced yet another string of hit songs.

J. Karjalainen's music is full of soul and warmth. With his immaculate band he plays songs that feel like they have always existed. It takes a lot of talent and dedication to be able to convey such a massive amount of emotion like J. Karjalainen and his band do. We are truly grateful to see him with us again.
