Ilosaari Lounge
The grassy field next to the Main Tent is home to Ilosaarirock Festival's hidden oasis, Ilosaari Lounge.
The cosy tent is ideal for chilling out on soft mattresses, having a coffee or a snack and watching the special Lounge programme. Performances of the Main Tent can be followed on the Lounge's big screens, and between the Main Tent artists, there are artist interviews and stand up shows.
During the Sulo Club on Friday, the Lounge duplicates as the second stage. Performers include LEO from Helsinki and local acts Kaukolasipartio and Sebastian Leino.
The Lounge is brought to you by the University of Eastern Finland and Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
