Do you like catchy pop melodies, love songs and acoustic guitars? If your answer is yes, Tähtiportti is definitely not for you. Their occult analogue electro is no easy listening material but it has captured the attention of the fans of the obscure. The vocalist, or the reciter, Albert Witchfinder was the leader of the doom band Reverend Bizarre. The rest of the group, Vilunki 3000, Stiletti-Ana and Randy Barracuda, are all wizards of alternative electronic music.

Let's be clear: the music of Tähtiportti is morbid and frightening, rising straight from the black depths of the Atlantic Ocean. Witchfinder preaches his esoteric sermons through an octave effect, accompanied by a hypnotic beat. The gig is not going to be for the weak of heart. Come only if you're willing to join the cult.
