Supersounds
Supersounds swears in the name of true and honest rock music, and they are performing at the Ilosaarirock Festival as the winner of the Rok It! band contest. Established half a decade ago, Supersounds claims to play rock'n'roll, but not as in the golden oldies of the Fifties. Perhaps the closest counterparts to the Supersounds' songs in the history of pop music can be found in the tunes of rock bands of the 60s and 70s. In any case, the band isn't bringing it on with a stiff upper lip. They've got a mischievous grin on and all that matters is the pleasure, that of the band as well as of the audience.
