Presley Bastards
It all started in the basement; to be precise, it was the now-closed Punk Basement in Jyväskylä, Central Finland, where Presley Bastards started their slow but steady climb into punk stardom. So far Presley Bastards have released one mini-LP (...To the Last Breath, 2004) and one full-length album (End of Time, 2005). In their songs, the band clearly wants to reflect the multi-faceted musical past of its members and not get stuck being a purist street punk group. Besides killer riffs and a hasty tempo, there are also ripe melodies and sometimes even downright melancholy in the songs. Intensive in both their rage and their sadness, Presley Bastards puts your entire emotional spectrum into use.
