And now something completely different, the old Monty Python bunch used to say. That phrase might as well have been made to order for Cleaning Women. These girls are far from the usual image of grumpy old ladies who hate untidiness: they are, as a matter of fact, three genuine drag queens (even if their style is rather on the sober side), who use all kinds of household cleaning equipment to create an unique, definitely danceable sound ambience.

"Is this a joke, an art performance, or what?" asks a casual passer-by, flabbergasted. Another, already aware of the mystique of Cleaning Women, answers: "Cleaning Women is cool around the house!"
