Accreditation
Media accreditation for the 2023 edition of Ilosaarirock Festival has now closed. Thank you to everyone that applied! If you have any questions regarding media accreditation at Ilosaarirock 2023, please don’t hesitate to contact us at .
Check in
You can collect your press pass, including a photo license, from the Ilosaarirock Festival staff/check in point located at Motonet Arena (address: Kisapolku 1).
We will email all approved applicants a voucher that you need in order to collect your wristband for the festival. Please make sure to bring your voucher as well as your ID with you when collecting your wristband and passes.
Check in opening hours are:
Wednesday, 12th of July, from 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday, 13th of July, from 10 am to 6 pm
Friday, 14th of July, from 10 am to 10 pm
Saturday, 15th of July, from 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday, 16th of July, from 10 am to 4 pm
Media Centre
Ilosaarirock’s Media Centre (Mediakeidas in Finnish) for the press and other media professionals is located right outside the festival area, inside the cafeteria building alongside the racetrack. The Media Centre is open on Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm, on Saturday from 12 noon to 10 pm and on Sunday from 1 pm to 9 pm.
At the Media Centre, you will find some calm space for working, indoor bathrooms, wifi and festival staff to help you with any and all of your needs.

Guideline for media: the use of wireless equipment in the festival area
Please note! The use of wireless equipment is coordinated and use without given permission is not allowed under any circumstances. To obtain a usable frequency, please contact the RF coordinator, who will be happy to assist.

Coordinated equipment includes radio microphones, in-ear systems, and all wireless devices using the frequency range 470-865MHz.
