Where does the best disc golfer of the summer fly? Ilosaarirock, together with Obsidian Discs are organizing the official Festival Disc Golf World Championships at the outdoor area of Ilosaari Lounge to determine who deserves the title of the festival frisbee world champion! Participation in the competition is free and does not require any equipment of your own. Amazing prizes await the world champions – let it fly!
The preliminary qualifications for the Festival Disc Golf World Championships will be held on Friday, July 14th, starting at 7:00 PM, and the finals on Saturday, July 15th, starting at 3:30 PM. You can participate in the Friday qualifications flexibly for about two hours. The top ten throwers from the qualifications will advance to the Saturday finals.
The disc golf course is located near Ilosaari Lounge, on the grassy area of the small slope when heading from the Tent Stage towards the Rento Stage.
