There couldn’t have been a better opening for Rekkalava, as Jukka Poika & Sound Explosion took the spot of the first band. The first beats flew the audience straight into the heart of Caribbean, as soft sand floated around from feet stomping on the beach sand. Those in need of some cooling down followed the concert from the lake.
The iron horse of Finnish reggae presented a potpourri of songs from all different incarnations of the band. The last song of the set was followed by a storm of applause, which encouraged the group to return on stage for one more song. Many of the audience continued partying at Reggae Disco with selected hits served by Cstar & Gibson Jones.
